Every women's class at Lucid Jiu Jitsu follows a clear, well-paced structure designed to build real skills over time. No guesswork, no randomness — just focused, progressive training that compounds week after week.
Classes open with a thorough warm-up to prepare your body and mind, move into technique instruction where our coaches break down positions in detail, then shift into drilling so you build muscle memory. Live sparring is always optional — you choose when you're ready, and you'll never feel pressured to go before you feel comfortable.
