Adult Jiu Jitsu
Build technique, confidence, and mental toughness through gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Classes for all experience levels.
Technical Jiu Jitsu for Every Level
Our adult program covers both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — grappling disciplines that prize leverage, timing, and intelligent movement over raw athleticism. Whether you've never stepped on a mat or you're returning with years of experience, the curriculum meets you where you are.
We follow a structured progression from foundational principles all the way through advanced competition concepts, giving every student a clear path from white to black belt. Every class is taught with intention, building on what came before and preparing you for what comes next.
- Positional control — guard, passing, pins, and back control
- Submissions — chokes, arm locks, leg locks, and their setups
- Escapes & defense — building a reliable bottom game
- Transitions & scrambles — staying composed when positions break down
Physical & Mental Transformation
Jiu Jitsu is one of the most complete physical pursuits you can undertake as an adult. A single class challenges your cardiovascular system, builds functional strength, and demands the kind of full-body coordination that no machine in a gym can replicate.
The mental payoff is equally significant. Regular training sharpens focus, reduces anxiety, and gives you a practical framework for managing pressure — on the mat and off it. The academy becomes a place where the noise of the day disappears and the only thing that matters is the problem directly in front of you.
- Full-body conditioning — strength, endurance, and mobility
- Problem-solving under pressure — think clearly when it counts
- Stress relief & mental clarity — reset completely after every session
- Community & accountability — train alongside people who push you forward
What to Expect in Class
Every class follows a deliberate structure designed to maximize learning and build the right habits. New students are always welcomed and guided — there is no assumption of prior experience, and no one is thrown in without context.
Class time runs approximately 60 to 75 minutes. The format stays consistent so students always know what to expect, while the technique focus rotates through a structured curriculum that covers every area of the game over time.
- Warm-up & movement drills — prepare the body and sharpen reflexes
- Technique demonstration & drilling — learn and rep the day's focus
- Positional sparring — apply technique in constrained, guided live reps
- Live rolling rounds — free sparring to test and explore your game
